We cover twelve towns, from Goderich on Lake Huron down to Leamington on Lake Erie. The reason for running it as one business is simple: most people have no idea how different the two ends are, and the difference is the whole job.

There are good long-established roofers in every one of these towns, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we do differently is start with the number — how much snow your town actually gets, how exposed you are, and what that changes above the deck. It is a two-minute conversation that decides several thousand dollars of specification, and it almost never happens.

We would rather tell you a cracked stack boot is causing your leak, charge you for an hour, and lose the replacement. That is easy to write on a website and harder to do on a Tuesday, so the written findings always include what we think you should not spend money on.

Three things get us most of the way there: which town you are in, roughly when the roof was last done, and what you are actually seeing — a stain on a ceiling, granules in the eavestrough, shingles on the lawn on Sunday morning. That is usually enough to tell you whether this is a repair, a claim, or a roof that has quietly reached the end, without anybody driving anywhere.
